The rates grid for short-term self-catering, fully furnished and equipped holiday let cottage. Please read the information that follows in conjunction to the contract. Making a booking stipulates that you have agreed to terms and conditions of the contract.

Maximum number of people: 2 people. IDs are checked prior to arrival. No pets allowed (even the small, quiet, nice ones). Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage – ash trays are provided for smoking outside in the garden. Access to the cottage and specific area of the garden is limited to the 2 people mentioned on the contract, for the specified time only. Access to any other guest(s) not included in the booking, results into immediate cancellation of the contract.

Rates applicable for 1st floor bedroom with balcony, ensuite shower room and opened planned kitchen, dinner, living room.

Beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided for.

Minimum stay outside summer holidays 3 nights, during summer holidays minimum stay of 7 nights.

• An additional “taxe de séjour” of €0.88 per adult per night is charged by Fougères Agglomération and will be added separately on the bill.

• €30.00 non-refundable booking fee is applicable and deductible from final payment due 1 month prior to arrival.

• Cancellation policy: €30.00 non-refundable booking fee. Guests who have made full payment prior to 1 month (30 days) before arrival, can do cancel and will be refunded, but the booking fee of €30.00 will be retained. Within 1 month (30 days) of arrival, bookings are non-refundable. We recommend that guests take the necessary precautions by taking travel insurance to cover their costs in case they cancel within the 1 month from arrival date time frame.

• A damage security deposit of €350/GBP300 will be collected upon arrival, by cheque or cash and posted back within 3 days of departure, subject to the property being returned in the same conditions and as it has been let out and that no damage has been caused during the duration of the letting period. Refer to the contract for further information.

The price includes:

1. Water consumption from the taps within the cottage.

2. Gas for the gas cooking hob.

3. 8kwh/electricity per day is included. Any surplus consumption will be charged at the published EDF cost of €0.2516/kwh and collected in cash upon departure. The electric meter reading of the cottage is recorded upon arrival and at departure of guests. If a later check-in than 6:00pm is required by guests, a picture of the meter reading taken at 6:00pm on arrival date will be sent to the guests. The electric system of the cottage is not adapted to charging of electric cars and such surcharges can cause short-circuits. There is an electric car charging station at Rue Jean Janvier, St-Georges-De-Reintembault are required to charge their cars at the station.

4. The heating system is linked to the semi-detached farmhouse. From 1st April to 31st May, 5 hours of heating per day is included (from 7:00am to 9:00am and from 6:00pm to 9:00pm). If guests want 5 hours additional heating/day, it will be charged at €7.15/day.

5. Parking is provided for 1 car. The driver’s name should be on the short-term rental contract.

6. A few logs of wood is provided in a basket upon arrival for the wood burner from 1st April to 31st May. Any additional request for wood must be organised prior to arrival and it will be charged at €0.20/log. Otherwise, wood logs are usually on sale at the main supermarkets in St Hilaire Du Harcouët.
