Evening Meals

We offer a 4 course dinner with drinks for adults, as well as children’s meals. We can cater for Vegetarians, Coeliac and Dairy-free diets. Evening meals are available with 24 hrs notice, as only the freshest local produce are used.

Please let us know in advance if you have any particular dietary requirements.

Guests are asked to arrive before 6pm on their day of arrival if they have requested an evening meal, and 5.30 pm if your children are having an earlier meal.
Celebratory meals etc can be catered for on request.

Apart from dinners already confirmed, we are not taking any further dinner reservations for 2020. The service will resume next year.

Entrées

Toasted goats cheese with salad, crispy lardons, fig and walnut bread

Twice baked Roquefort soufflés with salad

Homemade tomato and red pepper soup with fresh bread

Selection of charcuterie, salads and homemade red onion marmalade

Trou Normand

Apple sorbet with a splash of local calvados

Main Courses

Normandy pork roasted with sage

Salmon en croute

Normandy style Guinea Fowl with Calvados, Cider and Creme Fraiche sauce

Red onion and fennel tarte tatin

(all main courses are served with potatoes or rice with a selection of local steamed vegetables)

Desserts

Chocolate fondant pudding with caramel sauce and vanilla ice-cream

Baked stuffed peaches with crème fraiche

Eton Mess

Vacherin with fruit coulis

Frozen chocolate torte with seasonal fresh fruit

And then relax…. in the Guest lounge

with coffee and liqueurs ~ such as local Calvados, Cointreau, Grand Marnier, Amaretto, Armagnac or Baileys

Coffee or Tea (decaffeintaed and herbal also available)

A bottle of Red, White or Rose is included with each meal.

“We were greeted by Sue and Jerry with a lovely cup of tea. They are such wonderful hosts and made us feel so welcome in their home. Sue is a great cook, breakfasts were fantastic and we had 2 dinners there also. With your lovely meal comes plenty of wine which was very nice. ”
