John and Sharon welcome you to their Bed and Breakfast accommodation situated on the river Lair at the crossroads to both Brittany and Normandy.

Les Touches is a 17th century detached Breton farmhouse situated at the bottom of a quiet country lane, with no passing traffic and is therefore very safe for children, allowing your stay to be both peaceful and relaxing.

The house is surrounded by 3 acres of beautiful gardens and woodland, with outstanding views and a wide variety of wildlife and birds.

Take time for a swim in our 9m x 6m swimming pool or maybe after a long journey the children would like to expel some energy on our trampoline or swings…..

…or perhaps, just sit and relax with an aperitif before enjoying an evening meal here at Les Touches. If you prefer we can also recommend restaurants within a short drive.

Each of our en-suite guestrooms are presented to the highest standard of decoration and comfort and all have an individual look, yet retain a fresh French country feel, with crisp cotton bedding, exposed beams and many more features.

All have uninterrupted views across the grounds and small valley towards a 14th century country chapel nestled in the woodland beyond.

Les Touches Bed and Breakfast is ideally placed to explore not only the beautiful beaches of Normandy and Brittany but to visit the wonderful town of Fougeres with its medieval Chateau and vast array of shops, boutiques and brocantes.

We are a 10 minute drive from St James A84 Auto route which connects Cherbourg, Caen, Rennes and Nantes to the North and Bordeaux to the South.

A great stop-over place for families traveling south or across to West Brittany and the Pink Granite Coast.
