Dinner - 5 Course set menu.

Please let us know in advance if you have any particular dietary requirements.

We cater for Vegetarians, Coeliac and Dairy-free diets. Evening meals are available with 24 hrs notice as only the freshest local produce are used.




Guests are asked to arrive before 7pm on their day of arrival if they have requested an evening meal.
Celebratory meals etc can be catered for on request.

We can serve children`s dinners if requested at around 6pm.
This allows parents to put younger children to bed before their dinner if they so wish.

Dishes vary on a daily basis due to availability of fresh ingredients.

Aperitifs :

Kir Royale, Breton or Normand

Entrées :

Cancale prawns in their shells served with home-made Marie-Rose sauce and a crisp green salad -

Free range eggs with mayonnaise in a tomato salad and grated carrot in a lemon vinaigrette -

Assorted cold meats ( Salami, garlic sausage, smoked ham) and a mixed salad -

Homemade soup served with hot crusty bread-

Warm goats cheese salad with crispy smoked lardons &walnut bread-

Sorbet :

Apple sorbet with a splash of local calvados !!

Main Courses:

Normandy pork roasted with sage -

Beef à la bourguignonne -

Chicken breasts with mushrooms, white wine and tarragon -

Moules à la mariniere -

Salmon with a lemon butter sauce -

A bottle of Red, White or Rose is included with each meal.

Childrens Meals :

A variety of dishes for children are available and can be served at an earlier time if required.
